This portrait was painted from a small photo over 100 years old. We decided to not add color to keep the vintage look.

There is a big difference between choosing to be alone, and being lonely. The freedom of spending time alone can be a time to be creative,reflect and relax!

There is a big difference between being alone,and being lonely. One can be with their own thoughts. Be more creative. Like the light shining on the subject in the dark room. If you have the luxury of time and being by yourself, inspiration has an easier time shining through.
